At Pelikamo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt.

Request a Return

Log into your account or use the guest order portal to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the return.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into the original shipping box or a similar secure package.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
